Sync entry in calendar to public calendar

Hey...

We run exchange on a sbs2003 server.

Is it possible to automatic have entries from users calenders pushed to our
calendar in public folders ?

If possible that example my entries is marked with my initials in the
calender also.

Maybe i need a third party product, any advice is cool
