Sync errors

Here's the error one of the users is rec. in their Sync folder. Outlook 2003
and Exchange 2003, latest SPs.

I tried recreating a new OST file to no avail. I also ran the scanost.exe
file and nothing.

Can someone shed some light on this for me?
