sync failures

I recently had my previously lost (Spring PCS) Treo 650 phone returned to me;
I was able to load the contact, calendar etc. information on that phone onto
Outlook with no problem (it's also a new computer). However, I have been
unable to sync the new calendar and contact information to my new Treo 650
phone (Verizon). I repeatedly receive an 'Outlook Calendar Synchronization
Failed' and 'Outlook Contact Sychronization Failed' messages after HotSync
operations.
Previously, my Outlook and Verizon Treo 650 sychned without problems.
Any suggestions? I am really frustrated, the contact and calendar info on my
old phone is all of the good stuff--birthdays, anniversaries etc.

Check with the maker of your synchronization software, it is not an Outlook
issue.
