sync files with windows mobile 6

I want to sync my business contacts, from business contact manager, to my
contacts on my AT&T Tilt phone with Windows Mobile 6.0 professional. How do
I do this?

I use Outlook 2003 and I use an exchange server to sync my Outlook contacts

Your "Outlook" contacts and calendar are part of the Exchange store in
Outlook on your PC and mobile. BCM is a different store in Outlook.
You need to install the version of BCM mobile that matches the version
of BCM on your PC, and use ActiveSync to sync the two.
