Sync folders - help!!!

We've set up an exchange account for our maintenance department. We can
access this using Outlook 2003 in the normal way. We want to link the
table for the Calendar into MS Access. Looks like in order to do this
the calendar has to be a public calendar.
How do you create a public calendar that constantly synchronises with
another calendar (the maintenance one)?
Or can you not make a user's calendar into a public one?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.

A user's calendar can be "public" in the sense that you assign permissions to it that allow everyone to use it.
