What is the BEST way to have the 2 machines have the same Entourage? Looking
for a sync concept - which it will do with a handheld - but not the other
'puter. Is a .mac account the only way to make that happen?

Any good sync program will do. I use Synchronize Pro between my iMac and
Powerbook, but there are many others as well such as ChronoSync, File Sync,
FolderSynchronizer and Retrospect to choose from. If you don't really want
to sync anything else and just want to move the current Entourage state from
the desktop to the laptop and back when you travel, you could just copy the
Microsoft User Data file back and forth.

YEAH, but there is no standard as to which machine has the most current sent
emails, appts, tasks, etc, so copying user data won't necessarily work.
I will check out your other suggestions - thank you!
