Sync-ing calendars?

Our department uses Outlook 2002 with Exchange Server.
My boss has a PDA (Pocket PC/Windows) that he syncs with
his Outlook for the calendar. We also have an office-wide
calendar, that we all have permissions to add to/change,
etc. But it's a pain for the boss to have two calendars
to keep up with, his personal and the office-wide. He
says there's no way his PDA will let him sync to a
calendar other than his personal Outlook calendar. So,
my question is, can we sync his Outlook calendar with the
public office-wide Outlook calendar? If so, how?

Try posting this in the microsoft.public.pocketpc group as those folks have
all sorts of links to ingenious third party programs that will let you do
what you are asking.
