Sync issues between iPhone, Outlook Today, and Calendar 2007 PE

After syncing my iPhone with Outlook 2007, some Events no longer show up on
my Outlook Calendar page, but do still show up in Outlook Today. Anybody
know why?

There is a bug somewhere and both Microsoft and Apple are aware of it and
investigating.
