Damsel in Outlook Distress

After reloading my machine my Outlook keeps getting messages in the Sync
Issues folder. Here are some examples of the messages I get.

15:26:21 Synchronizer Version 11.0.6555
15:26:21 Synchronizing Mailbox
15:26:21 Done
15:26:21 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
15:26:21 0X8004010F
--------------------------------------------------------------------
15:24:02 Synchronizer Version 11.0.6555
15:24:02 Synchronizing Mailbox
15:24:02 Synchronizing Hierarchy
15:24:02 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Inbox'
15:24:02 Downloading from server
15:24:04 6 item(s) added to offline folder
15:24:04 Done
15:24:04 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
15:24:04 0X8004010F

I have no idea why this is happening and I can't seem to find any
information on how to stop it or fix it. Can anyone help?

Is there a local replica of the offline address books at this site? If not,
then there should be. If there is, then it may be corrupt and should be
rebuilt.

Kind Regards,

How do I find if there is a local replica?

See what I find weird is that where I work I had to reload 3 computers (1 of
which was mine) Each of these computers have the same problem. Is there
something I am missing when I am setting Outlook up? Because no one else in
the company is having this issue except for the 3 I had to relaod.

This would be a server end issue on Exchange. How many business sites are
sharing the Exchange infrastructure, how many Exchange servers do you have?

I should clarify and say that rebuilding the address book would be a server
end task, not a local client task.
