Sync Issues / Forwarding of Inbox to I-pager

My Outlook Inbox is forwarded, via a rule that I established, to my
Blackberry i-pager. Somewhere between my company's servers and the servers
of the i-pager service, mail loops are being created which generate thousands
of error messages. The i-pager service is threatening to disable my i-pager
because we have not been able to determine the problem. My Outlook "total
folder size including subfolders" includes an entry designated as "sync
issues" which appears to be part of the problem considering its size, but we
have not been able to "empty" or delete it. Has anyone else experienced
this problem?
