Sync Issues

Why do I get 500 sync issues a day in the sync issue folder?
This is what it states:
9:23:09 Synchronizer Version 12.0.4518
9:23:09 Synchronizing Mailbox 'username'
9:23:09 Synchronizing Hierarchy
9:23:09 1 folder(s) updated in online store
9:23:09 Done

There is nothing wrong. Is there a way to turn this off?

What does the sync issue tell you?
