Sync itunes

Running Outlook 2003. In itunes under the info tab (for syncing iphone) when
I choose sync contacts with outlook I only have the option to select all
contacts. The select groups option in grayed out.

How do I create a separate address book or group to sync the iphone to. I
already have groups in the outlook address book but apparently itunes is not
seeing them.

There are no settings within Outlook that can control the sync process. It's
all up to iTunes to select what to sync. You can create another contacts
folder and move to it the data you don't want to sync, but that's abut all the
control you have. Ask in an iTunes forum for details about iTunes.
