Sync Mail Messages

I am using Outlook Connector in Outlook 2007 to access my email from Windows
Live Hotmail. I am able to access everything through Outlook but when I
archive or delete mail in Outlook it does not sync with Window Live. In
previous versions of Outlook I was able to configure it to sync with the mail
server. I had the option whether the email should remain on the server or be
removed but I don't see that option available any more. I regularly archive
and delete email in Outlook and rarely access Hotmail online so I have
numerous pages that are still showing up. How can I set up Connector to link
fully with Hotmail to remove old messages?

For the deletions;
Are you doing hard deletions (SHIFT+DEL) or a soft deletion (DEL or moving
it to the Deleted Items folder).
