Sync Notes Calendar to Outlook Calendar to Palm

OL2003 and the Lotus Notes connector installed. The flow of calendar items
between notes and OL is fine. The problem is that the Palm will not sync with
the OL calendar. I don't have problems syncing with OL and Palm on my laptop
so I am suspecting it may have to do with the notes connector.

Any ideas?
