Sync of Workspace data to Reporting DB

We find it very cumbersome that the workspace data (issues, risks, documents)
are not synced with the reporting database when the updates are made in the
project workspace. It requires an explicit publish, which is easy to forget
to do. Besides that, there is no way to publish the proposal/project
directly from the project workspace in which you are making the change.
And, if a publish is not explicitly executed these can potentially become
"lost" to the execs and program managers.

Is there anyway to automatically sync the project workspace when udpates are
made?

Hi David,

You could fire off some custom code to publish the project as part of a
sharepoint workflow.
