Sync OneNotes to Windows Mobile

I have a HP111 and my computer is Microsoft VISA, so I have Windows Mobile
Center not XP or less. I would like to know how to get OneNotes to sync
onto my handheld. How do I do that. Occassionally I even get one of those
stupid error messages that say nothing, just says that Microsoft OneNote
needs attention. What kind of attention
