Sync Outlook between two machines

I am looking for a quick and easy way to sync outlook pst files between two
computers. I don't like to "import" all the time.. I would love a device
similar to a palm pilot that allows you to sync between computers and the
device.

I have seen programs online but I don't know if they are very simple.
