Sync Palm Calender with Outlook 2003

Is there a free utility to sync my Palm Calender with Outlook
2003? I am converting over and really cannot manually transfer the
data. If someone out there knows of such a utility could you post a
URL to download from?

Nothing free that I know of. How about, "affordable" and "reliable" ?

NB: Intellisync does not yet support OL2003 connecting to Exchange Server in
cached mode. They will allegedly have a new version or update/patch in
April.
