sync problem in public folders

we use public folders for our arriving mails

for example an arriving mail is moved to a public folder "customers"

when moving them on a mac with entourage they are shown on other
computers using entourage often just after hours or after reopening
entourage.

how to solve this ? we r using the latest version of office and sp2 on
exchange 2003.

does the option for "send and receive" every x minutes also help/apply
to exchange folders ? and maybe help here ?

What are you using for your public folder server's address? Are you
using an Outlook Web Access (OWA) address or the address of a back-end
server? If your Macs are on the same company network as your servers
then be sure to use a back-end server address.
