Sync Problems with Palm Pilot M125

While trying to sync my Palm M125 with Outlook 2007, I keep getting this
"Server Busy" msg box that requires my intervention to get it to continue
although I am doing nothing else on the system. I am using Chapura
Pocketmirror v4.3and the people there tell me that it is an Outlook message
and they can't supress it or make it disappear automatically when outlook is
available.

Can anyone please help? It's driving me crazy!@#@!$
