Sync TEST environment with PRODUCTION.

I would like to know how I can synchronize our PS 2007 TEST / QA / DEV
environment with our PRODUCTION environment.

Our test environment consists of four virtual servers - whereas our
PRODUCTION environment consists of four physical servers. I would like to
mirror our current PRODUCTION environment on TEST, not exactly with the same
data (projects / sites / etc) but having the exact same configuration both
server / security / OLAP / etc.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to do this or can our point me in
the right direction to an article / web page that discusses this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Ivor:

If you don't need to replicate the SharePoint Project workspaces, one way is
to provision a new site in dev, connecting to copies of the production
databases. If you need to replicate the entire environment, take a look at
