Sync trouble using Outlook 2003 Activesync 4.2 & Windows Mobile 5.

When syncing Outlook 2003 to Windows Mobile 5.0 (Motorola Q PDA) using
Microsoft Activesync 4.2 all of my contact folders do not sync--only the
default "Contact" folder syncs.

I manage my contacts using multiple contact folders which are sub folders of
the default Contact folder. I do not use the default folder.

Is there a work around or a software add-on to facilate this problem? All I
could find is Pocket Contact Synchronizer 1.2 but it appears to be only for
Outlook 2000 and 2002.

Thanks very much,

Clarence

No, u might have to move the contacts from the multiple contact folders and
sync it.Move the contacts of the entire folder to the default and sync, try
customizing it in PDA.

Correct. ActiveSync works only with your default folders. This is
documented behavior.
