I have been synching my old Treo 600 to Outlook via Pocket Mirror for years.
I just bought a Treo 700wx and get repeated 85010014 error messages when
trying to sync to outlook using Activesync 4.5. I've gone through
troubleshooting with the tech, read the blogs that say there's a problem,
deleted and reinstalled partnerships, done soft reset, followed steps
outlined in kb912241 and am completely stumped and frustrated. This has
exhaused the limits of what I understand about this process. Would changing
the Treo back to the Palm software rather than windows solve this problem? I
need to sync calendar, contacts, etc. frequently. Please help - any advise
you could give would be greatly appreciated!
