Sync two Outlooks and different LANS

I have two PC’s on two different LANS… The two LANS cannot talk to each other
and I cannot send mail from one to the other…

I have a Nokia e61i which I use mail for exchange to Sync my Mail,
Calendar, Contacts and Tasks…on one of the lANS… but cannot do this on the
other…

What I want to do is sync my two PC’s outlooks so that I can get all my
Calendar, Contacts and Tasks on to my Nokia…

I have SyncPST… but this does not Sync the Exchange mailboxes…

Can anyone advise me on how I can achieve this…
