Sync with a web site

Hi everybody.

I have a mySQL database installed on a closed server. The mysql
database can only be accessed by web pages (php) hosted on the same
server.

On the other side, I have a Access db that I need to sync (both ways)
with the mySQL db.

Any suggestion?
