sync with multi pc's and pocket pc

I have a home desktop and a new laptop - both with xp and office 3, an
office desktop with xp and office 03 and finally a dell pc pocket.

on my home desktop, I keep several pst's -- a daily "public"/office one and
several pst's for my email & personal phonebooks/folders

I'd been using my pock pc w docking stations and microsoft active sync to
keep my home desktop and office pc sync with the "public"/office" pst - phone
book and calendar stuff ... now I've added a personal laptop which I'd like
to be 100% synced with what's on my home desktop.

so far, it seems that easy2sync would likely be the best to sync home
desktop and office work pc. can I leave both of these pc's outlook mail
settings to not leave copies of the mail they download on the mail server and
still have email duplicated with out errors?

when I make changes / additions in contacts / calendar on the work pc, I
guess I'll have to wait until I'm home, the desktop is synced with pocket pc
and then desktop to laptop??

I'm probably missing a number of ways to do this and would appreciated any
feedback / suggestions...!!!!
