Sync. workstation contacts with exchange server contacts list

I've got a Blackberry Curve 8310 and I use the Contacts list that is located
on our server. We're running SBS 2003 Service Pack 2 and the Workstation is
running xp and outlook 2003. I want my workstation computer contacts list to
sync up with the contacts list located on the server. The reason I want to
do that is because I can't get my Blackberry to sync it's contacts list with
the servers contact list. Thanks and if you need more info, please let me
know. Thanks again.

Are you using an offline folder on your workstation to sync your mailbox
with your workstation?

What do you mean by "server's contacts list"? Are you speaking of a
COntacts folder in a mailbox, a public Contacts folder, or the Global
Address List from AD?

"Public Folders" Sorry my terminology isn't quite correct. I'm pretty new
to things. Thanks for the help guys.
