synch calendars across my 2 Outlook profiles? (XP/2002)

I maintain 2 profiles (bus and personal) and the calendars used to synch - an
entry in one profile would show up on the other. That does not work any more.

How can I get this back? I cannot find how this was done or how to set it
up, nor can I find it in the Help system. Why this does not work any more I
am not sure - perhaps an update removed the capability?

Outlook has never done that automatically. You must have had some add-in
performing the sync. The whole idea behind using to profiles is to keep the
data separate.

Thanks. I found a solution that seems to work and even does so across two
different computers with two different Outlooks. Plaxo. This also has the
advantage of maintaining contacts and calendar (and tasks and notes that i do
not use much) on their web site making them available from any web browser. I
tested it and sure enough a calendar entry on one showed up on the others -
and the calendars look the same.

So, good to go for now. (Except there seems to be a frequent error on
starting an Outlook - to the effect 'archive folder not closed properly'.
Eventually goes ok, however.

Good luck with that. Plaxo has a history of causing problems in Outlook.
