Synch calenders on two computors

I run with a desktop at the office and a laptop in the field, both computors
have outlook 2003 installed. The problem comes when i am out the office the
secertary puts appointments in my calender and when I get back to the office
I have to manually transfer between the two calenders to keep them up to
date. Is there someway to synch the two when I get back to the office? The
computors are connected via a router.
