Synching Active Directory w/ Web Access

I've been having trouble synchronizing the active
directory with Web Access. When I synchronize, all I get
is the message that it failed to do so. Does anyone know
where I can get some documentation on troubleshooting this
problem?

This is a known Microsoft issue - the synch function doesn't work. It
requires a hotfix to address the issue - but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! The
last time I tried to do this (I deploy MSP 2003 as a profession), it blew up
the server.

Wait until SP1 (estimated around Sept release) - this is one of the
"features" it addresses.
