Synching Contact Activities from Public Journal to Palm

We have used a primative method to force journal entries into our public
journal folder. It has been working well and keeps appropriate entries with
the proper contacts. What I would like to do is have that "Activities" data
synch to my Palm contacts along with the general contact data so that I can
have access to this info while on the road. Can this be done?
