Synching Entourage and Exchange

Is there any way to force Entourage to sync with Exchange? Outlook doesn't
seem to have a problem, but we have a client using Entourage and he is
noticing that some of his calendar information (being added by his admin via
Outlook into Exchange) isn't showing up, nor are the meetings that he is
adding showing up on her Calendar. I have tried "Send and Receive" several
times, but to no avail. However, I can exit out, get back in (to Entourage)
and then choose "Work offline" and it's weird: the appointments sync! Both
his and hers show up! Is there any way to "force" Entourage and Outlook to
sync?!??!??! He is getting very frustrated, and this is causing
double-entries and missed appointments!
