Synching form

I have a main employee form. On a tab control I have several combined forms.
All of them are working correctly accept one. The first sub form allows the
user pick a job action. The next sub form allows you enter specific
information about that job type. When the main form is opened and the
correct tab is selected the sub form that allows you to enter data does not
appear. I have crossed checked the queries and the Link Child/Master field
are the same as is on the sub forms working correctly. Any possible ideas
that I haven't caught?
