I've used Outlook on my desktop for years with no real problems.
I recently bought a laptop and took it on vacation. I read emails and filed
them and made changes to my contacts, etc. on the laptop. I thought all I
would have to do was make a .pst file from the laptop Outlook (subfolders
option selected) and import it into my desktop Outlook and PRESTO I would be
synched. (I selected the "replace duplicates with items imported" option.
It didn't work that way. Some emails were there and some weren't. Some
changes/adds to contacts were there and some weren't.
Does anyone have a reference to documenation for keeping laptop and desktop
synched or have a good method they use?
Thanks in advance,
