synchroize outlook between desktop and laptop?

hi can any one help me, im a bit fuzzed at the moment im trying to share my
outlook files between to pc's (laptop &Desktop.) i want to down load all
files to both units and have acess to all files in outlook on both pc's with
the most up to date available. will pay for programme. if you could help i
would be v.grateful

do i need a breifcase? would this help? but what about when i send and
recieve?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See

is one option.

There are several 3rd party software that will do what you want, here is a
link for a free download, although it only syns e-mails, you can purchase the
full verison for $79 that syns everthing. Hope it helps.
