Synchronisation with pda

Hello,
I've got a problem synchronising my calendar with a pda. I have some
appointments imported via an ics-file in my calendar. they are normal,
time-sheduled appointments. They are displayed correct in my Outlook 2003.
When I'm now trying to synchronise with my pda, these appointments turn into
"all-day" ones. In contrast my normal appointments are correct synchronised.
When I'm now going to change the time of the appointment and change it back
to the correct one and synchronise afterwards my appointments are shown
correct at my pda.

Is there any problem existing concerning imported appointments that I can
fix quickly. With some more appointments it takes a long time fixing every
single one.
