synchronise outlook calendar

Is it possible for me to synchronise outlook 2003
calendar at home with outlook 97 calendar at work

Only if you're using the older style .PST file with Outlook 2003...the new
Unicode format isn't compatible with Outlook 97. Or, there may be 3rd party
programs that would be able to do it. See if the information on the
