Synchronise outlook with win mob 6 device

I'm popping my emails into my mobile but was wondering if I left outlook
running on my laptop could I synchronize over the web whilst away from my
computer?

I have a data connection on my phone. I'm currently using active sync over
Bluetooth to synchronize when returning and leaving the office.

I don't have exchange so I thought I'd ask if this may be a possibility just
through outlook.

Syncing what? Calendar and Contacts? Your mail is already directly delivered
to your mobile via POP3 so you can turn off your laptop and still receive
your mail.
