Synchronise personal calendar and public folder calendar

Hi,

When I request a meeting in a public folder calendar, Outlook does not
update my calender automatyically or prompt me if I want to update my own
calendar like it usual does. The only way is to click the Update my personal
calendar button.

is there a way to make this available automatically?
