I can't synchronise my Pocket Pc (Qtek S110) with the Office 2007 Calendar.

I've been trying to use Activesync 3.8 and 4.2, the software run with no
problems but the Calendar don't receive new appontments, meetings and etc.

Contacts and Notes has perfect sychronization but It doesn't happen with
Calendar.

Anyone can help my, please ?

There may be issues with that due to the beta status of Outlook. Wait for
the released version.

Brian,

I got it !!

It works now.

We have to define Personal Calendar (and not Exchange Mail Box) as default
calendar.

Also to built up a rule for any email invitation that cames from outside of
our network, to be moved to Personal Folder.

That's it.

Thus losing many (most?) of the benefits of connecting to Exchange.

This shouldn't be necessary.

You can't share your folders, no one else can see your free/busy
information, you won't be able to see any of your data from another PC are
three issues. The last would be a complete show-stopper for me.
