Synchronising Entourage 2004 with Palm

I upgraded to Office 2004 a couple of weeks ago and have just tried
synchronising to my Palm for the first time since that upgrade. It
didn't work - that is it appeared to be doing something, but the
appointments in my entourage calendar didn't find their way to the
Palm.
I started up Hotsync manager and next to Entourage conduit, rather than
"synchronise", it said "double-click to see". But double-click didn't
do anything. A whole lot of other things were listed with "synchronise"
alongside them (calendar, contacts, media, memos, notepad etc), but the
one thing I WANT to synchronise doesn't seem to be available.

Is there something else I need to download to make this work?

This is one big of technology I'm lost without (even if I haven't
synchronised for a couple of weeks), so if you can help me I'll be
very, very grateful.

Thinking off the top of my head here, as at work and away from my
mac... but had the same issue.

I think the solution was to install the new conduit from the Office 04
disk... somewhere in the extras or something. It's definitely there,
and works sweet when done.

Hope that gets you there... Let me know if not and I'll have a look
when at home.

Thanks for the advice - it set me on the right track. The relevant
piece of software is in the Additional Tools folder under Microsoft
Office 2004. Once I installed that, I was able to activate the
Entourage conduit in Hotsync Manager.

Haven't tested synchronisation yet, but I think it will be OK.

thanks a million.
