Synchronising Folders

When using outlook, I seem to get the constant message that it is
synchronising folders, and send/recieve status is 50%. I am trying to use ot
with Hotmail. It is slow to respond or non-responsive to some commands. Am
using Outlook 2003 on broadband. Have tried to repair and re-install, with no
effect.

try removing the hotmail account and reading it. Also - if the hotmail
account is huge, it will take longer to sync.
