Synchronising my calendar with everyone on my network

I might be being really dum but I can't seem to work out how I can share my calendar with everyone on my network. My situation is thus
I have 4/5 users on my small office network and it would be very useful if my secretary could make appointments for me that all users in the office could see and refer to, so that everyone knows when is and when isn't free. All I want to know is how do I make it so that entering calendar items automatically copies to every Outlook calendar over the network
