Synchronising Outlook between Laptop & desktop

I have office 2003 on a desktop & a Laptop both running Windows XP. The 2
computers are on a peer to peer home network.

Is there a way to synchronise them so any calendar/email/address book
changes made on one machine automatically synchronise on to the other?
