Synchronising Outlook with Nokia 6100 Contacts

I synchronised my Nokia 6100 contacts with Outlook XP. On my Nokia, under
each name are often several mobile and home numbers, but Outlook has only
read the first of each type from each contact.

Is there any way to make it read all numbers from each contact?
