My customer is suddenly unable to pull new messages into his mailbox from the
Exchange server. I get error messages in the error log indicating "Error
Synchronizing Folder" and a reference code 8004011B-3EE-8004011B-560. I've
run the Scanost.exe utility against the Outlook.ost mailbox file and that
hasn't helped. Any ideas or suggestions?
