Synchronization Error

I am getting the following error in the sync log on Outlook 2003.

09:44:06 The following message had an error and synchronization of it
was skipped (0x800cce05):
09:44:06 "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)"

It is connected to an Exchange Server 2003 SP2 on SBS2003.

The error is preventing my daily backing routing from working and backing up
this particular mailbox. It is giving an "access denied" error claiming the
email is corrupt.

Any ideas?
