Synchronization Errors in Outlook

I am continuously receiving the following synch error:

10:02:23 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
10:02:23 0X8004010F

I have searched for a solution without success. I have rebuilt my profile
several times with no success. Are there any suggestions on this error?
