Synchronization of Notes and To Do items

Hi

I use Entourage as I can sync to the University Exchange server. This is great as I have an eMac at home, a Mac Pro at work, and a 12" G4 PowerBook and a a 3G iPhone. Sync of emails and contacts and calendar items is great.

However, I like to use Notes and Tasks (To Do Lists) in Entourage so I can link to calendar and emails.

How can I sync these items to all my Macs?, and can I get them onto my iPhone?

Thanks

Mick

Hi Nick,

the current version of Entourage (12.1.5) does not support synching notes
and to dos with Exchange. However, if your university uses an Exchange 2007
SP1 server, you can give the new Entourage EWS beta a try, which allows you
to synch, among others, notes, to dos, and categories.

See here for more details:

I am not sure about the iPhone, though, as I don't have an Exchange account
to verify.

Adding to Michel's reply, Notes and Tasks will not sync with iPhone.
Apple has not designed the iPhone to do so.

However, I suspect their iPhone 3.0 software, due to be released this
summer, may include that support since Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) is
also due to be released with Exchange support. That's just a guess, not
a fact.
