Synchronization problem

Hello:

During syncronization of Sharepoint service with
Project Server under risk and issues option in PWA,
it gives the following error message i.e.

"Projec Server failed to update the links in Project
Server Database. Please try again later or contact your
administrator"

Although i am getting this error message but it works ok
and saves whatever i want in risks and issues. I am
curious its happening and if happening then internall
things are working fine. Very confusing!!!!

Please advise me.
